Stephen Myers is a seasoned beverage and spirits consultant based in New York City with global reach and more than two decades of experience across four continents. As the Founder and Principal of Dynamic Beverage Consultants, he brings a rare combination of industry fluency, creative development, and strategic insight to every brand he works with.

Originally from Sydney, Stephen’s lifelong relationship to the beverage world—across both on-premise and global supply chains—gives him a uniquely layered perspective on market dynamics. He specializes in helping international brands enter and thrive in the U.S. market, guiding them through territory expansion, strategic sales partnerships, and customer engagement strategies that foster loyal, influential communities.

Stephen was a founding partner of Ilegal Mezcal, where he held a board seat through the brand’s sale to Bacardi. He also led the U.S. launch of Mr Black Coffee Liqueur (later acquired by Diageo) and has supported brands such as seasn, Tequila Calle 23, and The Sydney Beer Company.
